1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Lokx LLC (“Lokx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website at https://www.lokx.ai (the “Site”) and related communications with us, such as when you contact us about our services.

Lokx is a certified woman-owned small business (WOSB) systems integration and professional services firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We provide cybersecurity, advanced networking (switching, wireless/Wi-Fi, and IoT), and observability solutions to public-sector and commercial customers in North America.

This Privacy Policy covers the Site and our general business communications. It does not cover personal information we process on behalf of our customers when delivering services under a customer contract; that processing is governed by our agreement with the relevant customer (see Section 13).

13.1 Our role

Lokx may offer LokxFLEET (the “Device Management Service”), which enables our business and public-sector customers to manage Android devices used by their organization through Google’s Android Management API. When we provide the Device Management Service, our customer is the business (controller) and Lokx acts as a service provider / processor, processing managed-device data only on the customer’s behalf and according to the customer’s documented instructions and our agreement with that customer, including any data processing agreement. If you use a device managed by your organization, please direct privacy questions and requests to your organization’s administrator; we will assist our customers in responding as required.

13.2 Data processed

Depending on the device ownership model and the policies configured by the customer's administrators, the Device Management Service may process:

On personally owned devices using an Android work profile, the Device Management Service is designed to manage only the work profile. It does not provide administrators access to personal apps, personal data, messages, photos, or browsing activity in the personal profile.

13.3 How we use and protect managed-device data

13.4 Retention and deletion

We retain managed-device data for the duration of the customer’s subscription and as directed by the customer. Upon termination of the customer’s agreement, or upon the customer’s verified request, we will delete managed-device data (including by deleting the associated Android Management API enterprise and device records) within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, in which case the data will remain protected and will be deleted when no longer required. Customers may export their data before termination where the service supports it.
